Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Every consultation is free and there is no obligation to go ahead. It is where Helen assesses your features or existing work, explains what is realistic, and confirms your exact price before anything is booked.
What is included in the price?
For permanent brows, lips and eyeliner, the price includes your free consultation, your first session and your top-up six to eight weeks later, when the result is perfected once everything has settled.
Do I need to pay a booking fee?
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all treatment appointments. Helen confirms the amount at your consultation. Booking a consultation itself costs nothing.
Why isn’t removal a fixed price?
Because every removal is different. The size of the area, the type and depth of pigment and the number of sessions needed all vary, so removal and corrective work starts from £100 and is priced per case once Helen has seen the work. It is not included in discounts or promotional codes.
